Service engagements
All work is governed by a signed proposal or master services agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and acceptance criteria. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or a guarantee of specific results.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise in the engagement agreement, deliverables created specifically for a client transfer on full payment, while our pre-existing frameworks, tooling and platform code remain our property.
Third-party platforms
Engagements may rely on third-party services such as advertising platforms, model providers and cloud infrastructure. Their availability, pricing and policies are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India having jurisdiction.
